Open Ground is a relaxed, exploratory Walk & Talk designed to help you learn about personality in a way that feels natural, grounded, and engaging.
Walking in nature tends to soften the usual defences. As the body moves and attention widens, familiar patterns of thinking, responding, and relating become easier to notice. Guided conversation helps bring these patterns into view — not to label or analyse, but to understand how they shape your experience of work, relationships, and everyday life.
The Enneagram is introduced gently as a lens for exploration, offering language for recognising your natural tendencies and blind spots. Many people find that this approach makes personality insight feel intuitive rather than abstract — something recognised rather than learned.
This session is well suited if you’re curious about personality, enjoy reflective experiences in nature, or would like a thoughtful introduction to the Enneagram without tests, teaching, or pressure.
No prior Enneagram knowledge required.
