Moving Forward is an extended Walk & Talk designed to help you carry clarity into meaningful next steps.

With more time and space, the conversation allows insight to deepen and settle. Through steady movement and expert-guided dialogue, we stay with what has emerged - exploring how new awareness can be worked with in practice, not just understood in the moment. The Enneagram continues to serve as a quiet, orienting lens, helping to reveal patterns that influence choice, momentum, and direction.

Rather than rushing toward action, the session supports discernment. Together, we clarify what feels aligned, what may need to shift, and how to move ahead in a way that feels grounded and sustainable. Many people leave feeling steadier, clearer about their direction, and more confident in the steps they’re taking.

Following the walk, you will receive a short written reflection and next steps. This personalised document captures key themes from the conversation, offers considered Enneagram-informed feedback around likely patterns and subtypes, and outlines practical strategies related to the issue you’ve been exploring. Walking locations

Extended walks move through longer coastal paths, national park tracks, or quieter river and hinterland routes, allowing time and space for sustained reflection. Location can be discussed in advance, or thoughtfully chosen by your guide on the day.

Sunrise and sunset sessions are available and are often chosen as meaningful times for closing a chapter or marking a transition.
